‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ Tops US Box Office For A Second Week!

The final instalment of the ‘Twilight Saga’, ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’, starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson has topped the US box office for the second weekend in a row during the Thanksgiving holiday.

The teen vampire flick brought in a massive $64 million from November 21st to 25th adding to the $163 million already grossed by the popular movie in the States. It certainly helped the box office break their Thanksgiving takings record with an estimated $290 million beating their previous record from 2009 of $273 million over the course of the American holiday.

Coming in second place at the box office was the most successful James Bond movie so far, ‘Skyfall’, which brought in $51 million over the weekend totaling $221.7 million altogether for the US. The immense success of the film has made 007 star Daniel Craig the highest earning British actor after signing a £31 million contract to appear in two further Bond films.

Third in the box office was Steven Spielberg’s ‘Lincoln’ biopic starring Daniel Day Lewis which took in $34.1 million during Thanksgiving and almost doubled its US takings altogether. Against predictions, DreamWorks’ ‘Rise of the Guardians’ came fourth with $32.6 million and Ang Lee’s ‘Life of Pi’ was number five with $30.1 million.

Kristen Stewart: ‘I Can’t Wait To Be A Mom’ … Someday

Let’s stop this rumor before it even commence: Kristen Stewart is not pregnant.

But that doesn’t mean The Twilight Saga star hasn’t contemplated motherhood, especially in the face of Breaking Dawn, which finds her character of Bella giving birth.

“I can’t wait to be a mom,” Stewart told a reporter yesterday during a Twilight press junket. “But I can wait.”

You may breathe a sigh of relief, Robert Pattinson. No swimmers have gotten away recently.

The actress added that she loved portraying the role of parent Renesmee on the big screen.

“I think that it might be something that you’re born with or not born with,” she said of one’s maternal side. “Some people have really, really strong natural instincts and desires to be a mom. That was one of my favorite things about the story.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Planning a “Secret Wedding” ?

We’re way past reconciliation, Twihards.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are clearly about to get married.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Tabloid Claim

If you believe the latest Life & Style cover story, that is.

According to that tabloid, Stewart is “forcing” Pattinson to “commit” to marriage, with anonymous sources claiming the nuptials may take place prior to the release of Breaking Dawn Part 2.

Happy Birthday Robert Pattinson !

Everyone’s favorite heartthrob officially reaches quarterlife status today on this glorious worldwide holiday known as Robert Pattinson’s birthday.

So is the actor in the midst of his mid-twenties crisis yet, and what should Rob do differently now that he is a full-fledged adult legally able to rent a car?!

Kiss his girlfriend in public! (More than once.)

OK, we got the paparazzi shots of Robsten’s infamous smooch  following the NYC premiere of Water for Elephants, but now it’s time for Rob to take it to the next level and plant a big wet one on Kristen Stewart when they accept (yeah, we’re calling it now) the award for “Best Kiss” at the MTV Movie Awards next month.

That’s what a real man would do, Rob, none of that pretend stuff  you and Kris gave us last time you won the award. Now that you are 25 and your gal just turned the ripe legal age of 21, we expect to see some more adult antics out of the two of you!

Including, say, accompanying your girlfriend to her  premieres and events ?

But you’re on the right path! Love that you two met up in Toronto last week to play house  as you prepare to shoot CosmopolisSo domesticated. That’s the way, kids! And we all know you’ve got the private-life stuff down, pat. That’s not what we’re concerned about.

And as much as we hope for more Robsten PDA in the coming year, we also wish for Rob to make a stand about a more serious issue, the mistreatment of his WFE lovable elephant  co-star, Tai.

At some point, Rob should step up and say that animal cruelty is wrong, especially what we witnessed in this video  showing how Tai was trained to do circus tricks prior to joining the WFE cast.

A cast, nonetheless, we are thrilled Rob was a part of. As thankful as we all are for Twilight launching his career, it’s time for the actor to move on to some more challenging, adult roles. Jacob Jankowski was a brilliant first step in the right career direction. We always knew R.Pattz had this one in him. Never doubted, unlike the naysayers.

Bravo, Rob-o, on a fabulous 25 years lived!

Good thing K.Stew just turned 21, now we can all cheers to you!

Happy Birthday Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart turns 22 on April 9, 2012. Not only is this is a great time to celebrate the birth of this prolific actress but this is also a great time to call out her trio of projects that are ready or almost ready for public consumption.

For starters, KStew will be seen in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, her last turn in this career-building franchise. The movie starts where the last one left off which puts Stewart’s character, Bella Cullen, in the forefront of the flick as she and Edward (Robert Pattinson) do their best to protect their daughter, Renesemee (Mackenzie Foy).

Breaking Dawn Part 2 will hit theaters on November 16, 2012, but before that, Kristen Stewart will be seen in two other features.

One major motion picture in which Stewart plays one of the title roles is set for theaters come June 1, 2012. This movie–Snow White and the Huntsman–was filmed in London, and includes Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen and Chris Hemsworth as The Huntsman. The filmis based on the well known fairy tale, but has been interpreted in a fresh way through dynamic CGI tricks and lots of tricks as directed by Rupert Sanders

Meanwhile, in a completely opposite role, Kristen Stewart will bow in On the Road as the irrepressible Marylou. In the movie version of the classic Jack Kerouac novel, the versatile actress will stick to script and will show off more than she ever has before as far as her body is concerned since the story calls for her character to appear completely nude in a number of scenes.

That said, the release date for the American premiere of On the Road has not been released, although the feature is set to open in Belgium, France, The Netherlands and Portugal at the end of May, 2012.

And so, as the world waits for three Kristen Stewart flicks to open, KStew turns 22 in time to celebrate her birthday during a year in which this hard-working actress is set to make waves in three different roles, all bring out fans galore. Stay tuned.
