Dubai Police

Dubai Police continue to remind the world of having the fastest police car fleet in the world through a new breathtaking video.

The video shows a night chase carried out by the Dubai police cars on public roads, before the main task, namely to add a distinctive landmark on the city visited by millions of tourists from all over the world every year. It is noteworthy that the Dubai police began to form an ultra fleet with the superior Italian car Ferrari FF followed later on by each of the Lamborghini Aventador, the Bentley Continental GT, Mercedes SLS, Aston Martin One 77, Audi R8 and Nissan GT ATR, BMW M6 Gran Coupe, Camaro SS, Ford Mustang, Mercedes G Class Brabus, Mercedes DSL, the Bugatti Veyron, McLaren and lowpass 4-12 C and the Chevrolet Impala.

One of the latest cars that joined the Dubai Police are the Lexus RC F and the Toyota Land Cruiser.

Lamborghini just announced the Tauri 88, a $6,000 Android phone!

Lamborghini Tauri 88 3

Part of the problem with owning a Lamborghini is the lack of matching Android devices that come along with it, at least that’s apparently what Lamborghini thinks. Thanks to the classy car company, you can now talk on the phone in style with the Lamborghini Tauri 88, an Android phone with great specs, premium build quality, and an insanely high price tag.

We’ve absolutely seen luxury smartphones in the past, but few to none that actually have decent specifications. The Lamborghini Tauri 88 is different in that respect, as it brings a 5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot. If that’s not enough, the Tauri 88 also brings a 20MP rear-facing camera, an 8MP front-facing camera, and a 3,400mAh battery. It ships with Android 4.4 KitKat, but since this is a luxury device, we’re unsure if it will ever see Android 5.0 Lollipop. The phone is made of steel (Gold, Black or plain) and leather (Black, Blue, Red, Orange or Brown), complete with hand-embroidered stitches.

The device comes from Tonino Lamborghini, son of the infamous Ferruccio Lamborghini. Only 1,947 devices will be made, as 1947 is Tonino’s birth year. The phone will be available come late December, and it’s selling for $6,000. Yes… $6,000.

Specifications always seem to be a problem when it comes to these ridiculously expensive phones, so it’s great to see Lamborghini put some effort into making the specs acceptable. Even so, we find it hard to believe that anyone with any sense would actually buy one of these. though we suppose there are at least some that have more dollars than sense, though.

Christmas Turkey is roasted on the world’s most expensive cooker… a $500,000 Lamborghini Aventador!

Moment Christmas bird is roasted on the world's most expensive cooker... a £300,000 LAMBORGHINI

This is the moment a Christmas turkey was roasted on the world’s most expensive cooker – a £300,000(~ $500,000) Lamborghini.

Car blogger Tim Burton, from London, bought a fresh turkey and put the festive bird on the end of a pitchfork.

He then bravely stood behind the 700bhp Lamborghini Aventador and got the owner of the supercar to rev as hard as he could.

As the Italian motor reached a whopping 9,000 revs, huge flames spewed from its exhaust – blasting the turkey with extreme heat.

Mr Burton, who makes YouTube videos under the name Shmee150, stood while the bird was given the alternative Christmas roasting for more than ten minutes.

The result was a browned turkey – although the high octane method is unlikely to replace the oven around the country any time soon.

He said: ‘It is a standard Christmas ritual that I collect the turkey for our family lunch and this year I thought I’d try a new way to cook it.

‘I’m not sure I’d recommend this though unless you enjoy the taste of exhaust gases.’

Paris Motor Show 2012: Lamborghini Drops The Sheets On The NEW Gallardo!

What Lambo’s done is take a Gallardo – one of its most successful cars, with more than 13,000 leaving the Sant’Agata factory – and made it… triangley. But seeing as you’re equipped with eyes and a brain, you’ll have your own opinion on whether this facelift’s uglier or prettier than its predecessor. And whether or not facelifting it at all was a pointless exercise. But, in the most literal sense, that’s clearly not the case.

The new front end now wears an anglegasm of triangular and trapezoidal forms, which the manufacturer describes as “highly typical of the Lamborghini design language”. Overall, the new look’s broader and more fighty with larger air intakes in front, fresh 19-inch rims, and a brand-spanking bottom with a wider air outlet for better thermodynamics.

Bolt-on options only involve a “Style Package” thus far. You get high-gloss black paintwork on the underside of the front spoiler, front and rear grilles and the rear trim bit that stretches across the rear. Not gaudy enough? Lambo’s “Ad Personam” personalisation program lets you run wild with other shades (and your bank balance) inside and out.

Not a fan? Well how d’you like these apples – the black one’s called the Gallardo LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica and it’s a new 1340kg lightweight special (power to mass has been whittled down to 420bhp per tonne, 53bhp more than standard). There’s extra spec, a chuff-off great big spoiler and squeaky carbon-ceramic brakes.

You can choose from three new colour combos, where the roof arch and front air intakes are painted in a contrasting hue. You can have a Nero Nemesis (matt black) body with Arancio Argos (orange) pillars and front air intakes, Bianco Canopus (matt white) body with Arancio Argos pillars and front air intakes, and Arancio Argos body with Nero Nemesis pillars and front air intakes.

We’ll find out the finer details on power outputs, weight loss and whether or not the drivetrain setups have changed over the course of the Paris motor show. That said, Lambo’s not shouting about engine mods, which probably means the 543bhp, 5.2-litre, 398lb ft V10’s not been subject to much surgery.

Lamborghini SUV Images Leaked Out Ahead of Announcement !

Lamborghini Urus

The least-kept secret of the Beijing Motor Show spilled out today with the leak of these renderings showing Lamborghini’s proposed new sport utility vehicle. Dubbed the Urus, the concept SUV would be Lamborghini’s bid to cash in on the booming global market for high-end luxury SUVs — if customers can accept the strange blend of supercar angles and racing tires on a high-riding hatchback.

While Lamborghini has flourished with new models under its ownership by Volkswagen, profits have remained elusive. With Porsche thriving thanks to its Cayenne SUV, other automakers now wonder just how big the market for people movers with some off-road capability might be; BMW keeps adding to its already full range of luxury SUVs, while Lamborghini stablemate Bentley’s idea of the EXP 9F concept shows the dangers inherent in the concept. Lamborghini execs have said they have yet to win approval to build it — but given demand for big vehicles in China and the Middle East, that seems like a formality ahead of a 2017 arrival.

Unlike Bentley, Lamborghini has a history with trucks; the LM002 SUV set the mold that the Hummer H2 would attempt to fill two decades later. The Urus — named for the ancestor of modern bulls in Spain — looks nothing like the LM002, drawing its styling from what a four-door Aventador might look like and its underpinnings from either the Cayenne or corporate cousin Audi. Many details such as specific engine choices remain under embargo; we’ll have the full story on the Urus this weekend, but until then you can debate whether a Lamborghini SUV stands as a savvy move or just a lot of bull.
